Ram: I have the responsibility of New Product Development and Commercialization. The comparatively short lifespan of snack products in the market makes my work way more exciting. We are introducing a new product every three months and already have a presence in 5 out of 9 major categories of snack food.

Roshan: I take care of supply and vendor relations. We have more than 20 major suppliers and 80 plus minor suppliers. Managing relationships with them and ensuring timely delivery of RM is all that I do. But there is a twist – we follow just in time delivery.

Rohit: The amount of hard work goes into distributing the product at retail locations surprised me at first but now I really enjoy it. My Goal is to achieve highest penetration ahead of any other FMCG company in my area to maximize our growth.

Rahul: I enjoy working in the sales and distribution department as i am a passionate salesman. I try my best everyday to serve my clients better and build a good relationship to achieve a strong distribution network

Animesh: I love the continuous challenge we face on a daily basis as a start-up organization. I enjoy every challenge I face at the manufacturing floor, and this is what drives me to do better.

Chandan: I manage critical control steps in the manufacturing process. I know how important my role is on the whole production process. My goal is to ensure that each and every product going out of our production line is safe to consume.
